How it works
We will talk together about your philosophy and style of performance, your strengths and your blocks. We will then work on practical steps to address the blocks while keeping in mind your general overall approach.
My goal is for you to assimilate practical and mental processes into your general approach that will allow you to get through those blocks and reach your full potential.
Sessions can include:
Addressing physical, mental and emotional blocks
Strategies for performance anxiety
Tools to deal with staying present and in the moment
Dealing with fatigue and preventing damage
I work with instrumentalists and vocalists of any style or ability level and the sessions will be in total confidence should you wish so.
